Corneoscleral Extension Scissors

To extend the corneoscleral wound in ECCE/ICCE.

In ECCE the limbal wound extends from 10-20 clock position.

In ICCE the limbal wound should be larger than in ECCE, as the entire lens is being removed.

Retinoblastoma and malignant melanoma glaucomatous stage.

Absolute glaucoma, painful blind eye, phthisis bulbi.

Badly injured eye to decrease the risk of sympathetic ophthalmitis
