Ultrasonic Cleaning with Enzymatic solution Procedure
Cleaning in most instances requires that a contaminant be dissolved (as in the case of a soluble soil), displaced (as in the case of a non-soluble soil), or both dissolved and displaced (as in the case of insoluble particles being held by a soluble binder such as fats or tissues). The mechanical effect of ultrasonic energy can be helpful in both speeding dissolution and displacing particles.
Ultrasonic Cleaning Instruction
Clean the ultrasonic bath and drain.
Fill R.O.water up to the S.S.Basket
Add 200 ml of Multi Enzymatic Solution.
Set the temperature to 45⁰ C. And Time for 9 Minutes.
Switch on the machine and wait LED to stop blinking.
Start the cleaning cycle.
After completion of the cycle take the S.S.basket and rinse with R.O.Water
